What makes spider man weak

Popularity, prom, homework, detention, trying to impress a girlfriend's parents Peter often has his mind on such things, and they distract him from his duty as Spider-Man or outright interfere. He can't help being a kid, but still, it can be an issue sometimes. Peter is happy living with his Aunt May, and they're very close. But he also lost Uncle Ben, and lacked a solid father figure for a time.

But no longer. Tony Stark entered his life to recruit him for the Avengers, and it's been all uphill since then. At once, these two learned to get along, and Peter has definitely gotten a boost to his morale by having his new father figure watching over him.

At times, Spider-Man has clung to Tony a bit too tightly, but overall, it's a wonderful and enriching aspect of Peter's life.

This is loosely related to Peter's relative lack of experience and ruthlessness. He's a bit of a novice on the battlefield, and he is just now beginning to appreciate how bloody and unforgiving such a place can be. He is becoming exposed to true evil for the first time. Peter reacts accordingly, and often cries out in shock or backs off when the bad guys really bare their fangs.

Thor and Captain America have nerves of steel, but Peter has a relatively weak stomach. During the battle at the airport in Civil War , Peter couldn't use his abilities to their fullest, and his more hardened opponents exploited that and put him on the back foot.

In the Marvel Comics. Louis Kemner has been a fan of Japanese animation since , when he discovered Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z in elementary school.

He's always looking for a wonderful new anime to watch or manga series to read. You can reach him at lkemner yahoo. By Louis Kemner Published Aug 15, This might not be a super crucial skill, but it still serves a purpose. Maybe this strength could even be used against Peter Parker if someone knew that Spider-Man held a resistance to such basic poisons.

Not only does Spider-Man keep his humanly physique, but he even gains abs. They make for an effective way to paralyze an opponent. Practically every iteration of the Spider-Man character has this ability and that really speaks to how important it is to the superhero. There are countless situations where without a Spider-Sense, Peter Parker or any of the other Spider heroes, would have absolutely met their ends.

With that said, it would obviously be a huge disadvantage if there was a way to disable this Spider-Sense or at least mess with it in some way. It turns out that there are certain drugs and chemicals that can cause the Spider-Sense to go wonky. This is definitely the way for humans to get the advantage and surprise Peter. This skill likely came to be because somebody was thinking a little too hard over the fact that Ant-Man can control ants and now the Unbeatable Squirrel Girl can also control squirrels.

Writers likely believed that Spider-Man should be able to do the same thing with arachnids. Kaine has an interesting arsenal of attacks up his web-shooting sleeve and this is definitely one of them.

They seem exactly like the sort of twisted villains that could get creative with some arachnid control. Sure, Kaine Parker is considerably wicked and makes for a commendable villain, but it still feels like this ability is more of a missed opportunity than a skill that will one day come back in a big way.

He grows a mouth full of fangs and he even puts them to use when he unfortunately bites Morlum. Morbius would certainly be proud of his web-slinging rival. What began as a single symbiote antagonist who would square off against Spider-Man would turn into a whole family of symbiote characters, with villains becoming anti-heroes and gaining their own symbiote suits.

The comics even take a detour to the Planet of the Symbiotes at one point when symbiote fever hit its apex. The mass acceptance of this aspect from Spider-Man is certainly exciting, but it only makes sense that at a certain point, Peter Parker would become extremely susceptible to one of these new symbiote.

Anti-Venom becomes the new alter ego of Eddie Brock after his days of Venom are behind him. In this state, Spider-Man even unable to use his web techniques against Anti-Venom. When dealing with Spider-Man, it all comes down to the web. If there was ever a competition between all of the different Spider characters that are out there, you can be sure that the strongest webbing would ultimately be the qualifying factor.

Some of the adaptations of Spider-Man have gotten quite liberal with their changes. This can be difficult for some people to accept, but comics are also very much about change and acceptance.

If there can be a female Thor and Iron Man, then Spider-Man should be able to go through some radical changes, too. Sometimes these sorts of risks can be a big failure, but they often result in some of the most interesting characters in comics. However, the tattoo also has the power to somehow create a blue exoskeleton around Anya.

Anya has control over just how thick her exoskeleton is and how much it covers, but she can also make it become so strong that bullets are unable to penetrate it. Saving the world can take its toll, but for the most part, Peter is able to constantly hold his chin up and power through. Kaine Parker is also seen to have this ability. Similar to how Henry Pym 's Ant-Man identity had him controlling and speaking to ants through his helmet, Kaine has the power to communicate with spiders and control them.

As only seen with Miles Morales, this ability allows Miles to blend in with his surroundings and become almost invisible. At first, there were to direct weaknesses to Spider Powers, however over the years, weaknesses have been discovered. Spider-Man Wiki Explore. Sandbox New to the wiki? Learn about us!
